µsoft automation - automate measurement processes
Combination with the µsoft automation software is recommended if you use NanoFocus measurement technology for quality inspection in the production process. This forms the basis for automating individual measurement and evaluation procedures.
Strict separation of the operator and administrator modes guarantees the simplest possible handling, as well as reliable results.
The administrator defines all measurement-specific parameters, such as reference points, resolution, sample height etc. in a single measurement template. Once the sample is inserted, the operator executes this measurement template at the push of a button. The measurement data are stored in a database. In addition to the measurement data, information such as measurement parameters, time or operator is also stored. The database forms the interface to your test system and for the purpose of evaluation with an analytic module is tailored to your individual needs. The results are available to you in the form of a test protocol on request.
